  KIS AI Virtual Assistant is a production-grade AI agent I designed and built for KISOS, a fitness coaching company managing multiple brands and hundreds of clients across their GoHighLevel CRM platform. The assistant lets the entire team — from virtual assistants to the business owner — perform real CRM work by simply typing a message in plain English on Telegram, from any device, anywhere in the world.

  Before this system existed, team members had to log into GoHighLevel, navigate through menus, switch between accounts, and manually perform every operation — looking up contacts, updating records, moving leads through sales pipelines, sending messages, and managing client onboarding. This consumed significant VA hours every day. KIS Assistant eliminates that entirely.
